Returns & Refunds Policy -

At Monkey Spunk Fabrication & Trucking, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products manufactured with precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Please read our returns and refunds policy before making a purchase.

Change Of Mind -

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection or purchases made in error. Please ensure all product details, measurements and specifications are correct before completing your purchase.

Custom & Made-To-Order -

Products Custom-made, personalised and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once manufacturing has commenced. This includes custom gear shifters, brake knobs, billet components and other specially manufactured items.

All custom specifications will and must be confirmed before production begins. 

Faulty or Damaged Products -

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue. All claims will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Installation & Compatibility -

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility and ensuring products are correctly installed. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modifications or improper handling is not covered by our voluntary returns policy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Returns & Shipping -

Please contact us before returning any product. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed. Reasonable return shipping costs for products with faults covered under Australian Consumer Law will be reimbursed where legally required.

International Orders -

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges unless otherwise agreed. International returns and refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Processing -

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law -

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
