Monkey Spunk Fabrication & Trucking specializes in premium automotive accessories, billet components, custom-manufactured products and merchandise. We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability and these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not override existing contractual obligations or applicable consumer protection laws. 

All products are subject to availability. Many of our products are manufactured in limited quantities, made to order or customized to individual customer requirements. Product photographs are provided for reference. Minor variations in appearance, finish, color and manufacturing characteristics may occur. Such variations do not affect your rights where products fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees. 

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Australian orders include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before manufacturing or dispatch. Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and contact customers before proceeding with affected orders. Any payment received for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded. 

Custom-made and made-to-order products may require additional manufacturing time. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, vehicle details and customization instructions. Once manufacturing has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind. Manufacturing timeframes are estimates unless a specific timeframe has been expressly agreed. Delays may occur due to material availability, machining, polishing, chrome plating or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate significant delays were reasonably practicable. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

We ship products throughout Australia and internationally where available. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on destination, freight providers, customs processing and product availability. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees unless otherwise agreed. Any rights or remedies arising from delivery failures or delays under applicable law remain unaffected. 

Our automotive products are designed for specific applications and intended uses. Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability and vehicle compatibility before purchase. All products must be installed correctly, using appropriate procedures and any supplied instructions. Professional installation is recommended where appropriate. Monkey Spunk Fabrication & Trucking is not responsible for damage caused solely by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification or use outside the product’s intended purpose, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended vehicle application and comply with relevant local vehicle regulations. Vehicle modification requirements may vary between Australian states, territories and international jurisdictions. Any product-specific compliance information supplied by Monkey Spunk Fabrication & Trucking must be considered in conjunction with the applicable laws and installation requirements. 

 Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory consumer rights or remedies.

All original product designs, branding, logos, photographs, website content and other intellectual property owned by Monkey Spunk Fabrication & Trucking remain our property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use of our protected intellectual property is prohibited without prior written permission, except were permitted by law. 

Customers agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or engage in unlawful activity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful activity or misuse of our services, subject to applicable law. 

To the extent permitted by law, Monkey Spunk Fabrication & Trucking is not liable for losses or damage arising solely from product misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under Australian Consumer Law. 

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors and shipping providers. Use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. 

Customer information is collected, used and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
